to generate leads, promote, and sell tower crane equipment and services. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of construction equipment, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the construction or heavy equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities for tower crane rental, sales, and related services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, contractors, consultants, and project managers.
Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and recommend suitable crane solutions.
Prepare and submit quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with the technical and commercial teams.
Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Provide technical guidance to clients on crane specifications, loading capacity, height requirements, and erection/dismantling procedures.
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and erection teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to promote the company and its services.
Maintain an up-to-date customer database and submit regular sales reports to management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and construction projects in the region.
