A well-established and leading used car yard in Sharjah, operating under European management, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Salesman

to join our dynamic team. We specialize in the sales of both clean title and salvage vehicles, offering a diverse inventory to our clientele. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:

Actively engage with potential customers visiting the yard, understanding their needs and preferences to recommend suitable vehicles from our inventory of used and salvage cars. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our diverse range of vehicles, including their specifications, features, and market value, with a particular focus on salvage vehicle sales processes and valuation. Independently handle customer inquiries, providing comprehensive information about vehicle history, condition, pricing, and any relevant documentation. Conduct effective sales presentations and vehicle demonstrations to highlight the benefits and features of our cars. Negotiate prices and terms of sale to achieve sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering trust and encouraging repeat business. Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to close sales and explore future opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. Stay up-to-date with market trends, pricing, and the availability of used and salvage vehicles. Collaborate effectively with the yard management and other team members to ensure smooth operations and achieve overall business objectives. Assist with the preparation of sales documentation and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in

used car sales is essential

, with a distinct advantage given to candidates possessing

specific expertise in the sales of salvage vehicles

. Strong knowledge of various car makes, models, and their technical specifications. Ability to independently assess the condition and value of used and salvage vehicles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Arabic is mandatory

as the majority of our customer base is Arabic speaking. Strong customer service orientation with a genuine desire to assist and satisfy clients. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Professional appearance and demeanor. Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

8:00 AM - 2:00 PM 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM Friday: Off

Compensation:

Salary will be commensurate with experience and performance during the interview process.
