Recommend paint systems based on technical needs and specifications.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, tenders, and proposals.
Provide technical advice on application, surface prep, and safety.
Coordinate with operations for timely order processing and delivery.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
Update and manage CRM records.
Stay current on product innovations and market trends.
Requirements:
2+ years of indoor sales experience in paints, coatings, or construction materials.
Technical knowledge of architectural, industrial, or marine coatings.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Ability to interpret technical data sheets.
Well-organized and detail-oriented.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/degree in any or related field.
Experience with major paint brands (e.g., National,Jotun, Emirates, .).
Fluency in English.
