Job Description
Handle sales and customer service in the
frozen food section
. Ensureproper storage and temperature control
of frozen items as per company and food safety standards. Arrange, display, andmaintain FIFO (First In, First Out)
for all frozen products. Monitorstock levels
, check expiry dates, and report near-expiry or damaged items. Assist customers withproduct knowledge, promotions, and offers
. Maintaincleanliness and hygiene
of freezers and surrounding areas. Coordinate with the supervisor forstock replenishment and ordering
. Ensure correctprice tags and barcode labels
are displayed. Followcompany policies, safety rules, and HACCP standards
. Support inventory counts and audits as required. Achieve sales targets and help increase frozen food sales.Job Type: Full-time
