Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell different types of animal feed and fodder (e.g., barley, pellets).
Provide product knowledge and guidance to farmers, livestock owners, and agricultural businesses.
Visit existing and potential customers to present products and take orders.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer accounts, and market feedback.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall department revenue goals.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events if required.
Coordinate with the delivery/logistics team to ensure timely and correct deliveries.
Report market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to the sales manager.
Ensure compliance with company policies and product safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Business is a plus).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in agricultural sales or animal feed industry.
Strong knowledge of animal feed types and nutritional values.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Strong negotiation and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Working Conditions:
Field work with frequent customer visits.
May require working on weekends or holidays depending on customer needs.
