We are seeking an experienced and motivated Salesman with a strong background in electrical appliances and a proven track record in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring excellent customer service in a competitive retail environment.
Promote and sell a range of electrical appliances (e.g., refrigerators, washing machines, ACs, kitchen appliances) to retail and wholesale customers.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and walk-in customers.
Understand customer needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
Stay up to date with product knowledge and market trends.
Prepare quotations, process orders, and follow up on after-sales service.
Maintain proper records of sales and customer interactions using CRM tools.
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for timely product dispatch.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
