Al Mukhtar Bakery is Hiring for Salesman?

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Bakery Salesman to promote and sell our bakery products to restaurants, cafes, hotels, catering companies, and supermarkets. This is a field-based role that requires excellent communication skills, ideal for someone with good UAE market knowledge, a strong understanding of bakery products, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Position: Salesman - 1post (Arabic or Hindi is a plus) Salary: 4000 AED + Commission Weekly Off: Sunday. Location: Dubai or Sharjah, UAE
Key Responsibilities:

Visit restaurants, cafes, hotels, and supermarkets to introduce and promote our bakery products. Identify and approach potential new clients (B2B). Present samples and explain product features, quality, and pricing. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale with clients. Maintain and grow existing client relationships. Take and follow up on client orders, ensuring timely delivery and satisfaction. Collect market feedback and report on customer needs, competitor activity, and product trends. Maintain accurate records of sales, visits, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the production and delivery teams for smooth operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the UAE, preferably in bakery, food distribution, or FMCG. Strong understanding of UAE market dynamics and customer needs. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Well-presented, self-motivated, manage time effectively and able to work independently. Language: English (required), Arabic or other languages (a plus)
