Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Salesman to join our vibrant team at Wowbikes in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity to work with top bicycle brands in a dynamic and friendly environment where your passion for cycling and customer service skills will shine.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers, providing expert advice on bicycles and accessories. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to drive sales. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with inventory management and restocking. Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system. Stay updated on product knowledge, cycling trends, and promotions. Support the team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements:

Previous retail experience (bicycle sales experience preferred). Passion for cycling and knowledge of bicycles and accessories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
