Organization: JR Hardware/ Building Material Designation: Indoor Salesman \xe2\x80\x93 Building Materials Qualifications: Any Graduate / Degree in Business Administration Seeking an aggressive candidate with sales background for building materials. To sell the company\xe2\x80\x99s products and services to new and existing customers by meeting the set targets and identifying new markets and business opportunities through contractors, consultants, etc. Roles & Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Maintain and grow existing customer base across multiple business categories through effective full scope sales management techniques; including prospecting, account qualifying, sales development, quoting and customer follow-up to ensure sales goals are met or exceeded. \xc2\xb7 Provide samples along with supporting tools (Catalogue, Pre-Qualification, etc.,) to get convinced client or consultant approval. \xc2\xb7 The aggressive follow-up to close the sale. \xc2\xb7 Identify new opportunities to expand the business goal \xc2\xb7 Help the management to understand the advantages/disadvantages relate to competitors\' sales policies. \xc2\xb7 Understanding the competitors\' present, past, and future strategies. \xc2\xb7 Analyzing the competitors\' pricing structure to strategize our sales promotion. \xc2\xb7 Formulate accurate and complete project specific customer information ranging from regular site visits, plan review and in-depth customer discussions to enable correct product and product application. \xc2\xb7 Implement customer specific pricing partnering with inside sales support, operations team and vendor resources to secure business and attain profit and sales goals. \xc2\xb7 Educate customers and internal team on new products, services, industry trends and effective installation. \xc2\xb7 Update and maintain customer specific information within company systems. Ensures accurate account, customer details and contact information available to management and support teams. \xc2\xb7 Do Market analysis to find out projects, Distinguish the requirement of product category, and plan a time frame to execute it. \xc2\xb7 The implementation process starts based on the above criteria to achieve sales targets set by the management as per business needs. \xc2\xb7 The day-to-day process to renew/build the relationship with existing customers & also to recover lapsed customers. Job Requirements:
  • 3 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years of UAE sales experience in retail / wholesale of Building materials.
  • Must have established relation and network with retail/ wholesale shops and able to market new products in market will be given preference.
  • Strong knowledge of both residential commercial building markets and buyers
  • Familiarity with business planning and financial reports
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid UAE driving license is a plus
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
