Generate leads and conduct sales calls on potential customers
Present product information and demonstrate product value to customers
Negotiate and close sales deals
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
Provide after-sales support to customers
Prepare sales reports and track sales performance
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
Analyse the market's potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Continuously improve through feedback
Requirements and skills:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Client interfacing
Excellent negotiation and closing skills
To attend meetings and understand client's requirements
Excellent in Microsoft word, excel, and PowerPoint
Very good command of the English Language
Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time
