We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Kitchen Designer & Sales Executive specifically

This role is perfect for a highly motivated individual who can blend creative design expertise with strong sales acumen to guide clients through the process of designing and purchasing their dream kitchens. You will be responsible for understanding client needs, creating custom kitchen designs, presenting and selling our products, and building lasting client relationships to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation & Needs Assessment:

Meet with clients to understand their requirements, style preferences, budget, and needs for kitchen functionality.

Design & Space Planning:

Develop innovative and customized kitchen designs, including layouts, blueprints, and 3D visualizations.

Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing, ergonomic, and incorporate the latest design trends.

Familiarize clients with relevant safety guidelines (electrical, plumbing, etc.).
Sales & Business Development:

Present kitchen designs and product offerings to clients.

Proactively identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.

Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal and finalizing contracts.

Project & Client Management:

Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.

Maintain accurate client records and manage project details.

Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the design and sales process.
Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience in kitchen design and interior design principles.

Proficiency in CAD or other design software is essential.

Strong understanding of color coordination, carpentry, and plumbing.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close sales.

A keen eye for detail and passion for keeping up with design trends.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
