Sales/key Account Manager

Job Description

We are supporting a leading luxury packaging and visual merchandising group in identifying a high-calibre Business Development/Key Account Manager to join their Dubai office. The role will work closely with international sales teams and drive growth across the Middle East region.
*This role will include building from the ground up so must be comfortable with handling cold sales*
The Role

  • Develop and grow new business opportunities across the Middle East
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key luxury brand clients
  • Manage projects end-to-end-from concept development through to production and delivery
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, quality, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution
  • Lead RFQs and tender processes, including briefing, costing, negotiations and contractual review
  • Travel regularly to client sites and production facilities
Candidate Profile
  • 5 years' experience in a similar sales or key account role
  • A background in luxury, or a passion for luxury goods would be highly advantageous
  • A strong hunter mentality with proven business development success
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Strong organisation, project management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Contract: Full-time, permanent
Package: Up to 20K + quarterly commission opportunity
