Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesiq Chat and LinkedIn Lead Generator who will be responsible for generating leads through LinkedIn and other social media platforms, as well as providing excellent customer service through our Salesiq chat system. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly motivated, and have a strong background in sales and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to generate leads and build a customer base.
- Manage Salesiq chat system to provide excellent customer service and support.
- Follow up with leads and customers to maintain relationships and close deals.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn and other social media platforms for lead generation.
- Familiarity with Salesiq or other chat systems.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection.
