Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design, governance, and delivery of complex Salesforce solutions across Core Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience), Salesforce Data Cloud, and Agentforce for the EMEA Region. This role includes strong presales responsibilities and requires deep technical expertise combined with client-facing leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Salesforce Architecture & Delivery

Own end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture Define target-state architecture and integration patterns Lead multi-org and enterprise implementations Establish governance and best practices Perform design and code reviews

Salesforce Data Cloud & AI

Architect Data Cloud implementations Design identity resolution and segmentation Enable real-time activation Implement Agentforce and Einstein AI use cases

Integration & Enterprise Architecture

Design ERP, CMS, CTI, and data platform integrations Define API-led and event-driven patterns Support data migration strategies

Presales & Solution Shaping

Lead technical presales workshops Support RFPs and proposals Define estimates, risks, and assumptions Present solutions to executive stakeholders

Stakeholder & Team Leadership

Act as trusted technical advisor Mentor architects and developers Collaborate with delivery leadership

Required Skills & Experience

8+ years Salesforce experience 3+ years as Technical Architect Deep expertise in Core Clouds, Data Cloud, Agentforce Strong integration and security knowledge Presales and client-facing experience

Certifications

Salesforce CTA or pathway Data Cloud Consultant * Integration Architecture Designer
