The Role
Responsibilities: As Salesforce analyst, you will be responsible for Support & Maintenance of IT systems portfolio in affiliate, building constructive relationship with IT product owners and business functions, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve registered issues with agreed SLAs within your own capacity (L1/L2) or via coordination with vendors (L3/4). \xe2\x80\x93 Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Commerce Cloud. Detailed responsibilities listed below: \xe2\x80\xa2 Support & Maintenance: Register, Diagnose, Troubleshoot, and resolve L1/L2 Salesforce.com related issues, providing timely and effective solutions with understanding business\xe2\x80\x99 needs and conducting analysis on how to increase support experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support Monitoring & Vendor management: Monitor the list of all open tickets and work with vendors on issues resolution within defined SLAs. \xe2\x80\xa2 Documentation: Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including user guides, best practices, and technical notes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with the IT product owners to provide feedback on potential improvements or adjustments based on user feedback and system analytics. \xe2\x80\xa2 Security & Compliance: Ensure that user permissions, roles, and profiles are maintained appropriately, keeping in line with our company\'s data security and compliance guidelines. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contininious improvement: Regular revisions of existing support process and suggest recommendations on how to improve it further.

Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent \xe2\x80\xa2 Good command of written and spoken English \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in IT in a large multinational company or company being service provider to multinational company \xe2\x80\xa2 4 years+ experience in IT Support role \xe2\x80\xa2 4 years+ experience with Salesforce.com products (especially SFSC and SFCC) \xe2\x80\xa2 At least one year of experience for vendor management \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure \xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical issues in an understandable manner \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication skills, work independence, assertiveness, process orientation, self-driven \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to think \xe2\x80\x9coutside the box\xe2\x80\x9d and a \xe2\x80\x9dquick learner\xe2\x80\x9d \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of following tools: Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence
