Minimum of 2-year technical LV & HV cables sales experience in UAE.
Set daily, weekly and monthly targets to bring focus into the sales cycle.
Conduct regular meetings with Sales Team to get Sales & Collection updates, prepare analysis reports on Sales & Collections for presenting to Sales Head.
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for territories; projecting expected sales volume for existing and new product lines/Category.
Conduct market research to identify new potential customers and customer needs.
Build & sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
Monitor the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, sales review meetings.
Observe the performance of sales executives personally in the field on a regular basis.
Applicants should have UAE Driving License, exceptional communication skills and an entrepreneurial profile. During interview, applicants should prove being career oriented and willing to take higher job responsibility after one year of employment.
