Customer Service & Sales Representative
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, managing relationships, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from clients in a professional and timely manner.
Provide excellent customer service and support to new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and present appropriate design and execution services.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads.
Coordinate between clients and the design/execution teams.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Requirements:
Proven experience in customer service and/or sales
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Arabic speaker (English is a plus).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Presentable, confident, and client-oriented.
