Responsibilities:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their orders.

- Operate the cash register, handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and provide accurate change.

- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items and promotions.

- Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

- Ensure all transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

- Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise and supplies.

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the cafe.

- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a professional manner.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a cashier or sales role, preferably in a cafe or retail environment.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Basic math skills and attention to detail.

- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

- High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
