Sales Trainer - Large Team (100+ Staff) | CRM & Performance Driven

We are a fast-growing organization within the immigration consultancy sector. Our focus is on structured sales performance improvement, CRM-based sales operations, and hitting ambitious revenue targets.
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, result-driven Sales Trainer who can design, deliver, and measure a structured sales training program to uplift our team's closing ratios, lead conversion, and client handling quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose current team skill gaps and sales processes.
Develop structured training programs (initial induction, continuous development).
Conduct group sessions, live coaching, and 1-on-1 mentoring.
Use CRM data to monitor sales performance improvements.
Create reporting systems to track KPIs post-training.
Work closely with Sales Managers and leadership team to align training with business goals.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in Sales Training (preferably for teams larger than 50 people).
Strong understanding of CRM tools (Bitrex24, Zoho, Maple CRM, or similar).
Hands-on experience with sales methodologies like SPIN Selling, Consultative Selling, Challenger Sales, etc.
Proven track record with measurable improvements (attach metrics if possible).
Excellent communication,
Coaching, and presentation skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience in immigration, consultancy, or business services sectors.
Certification in Sales Training or Coaching (optional but preferred).
