We are seeking a
professional Sales & Customer Service Trainer
to design and deliver structured training programs for ourFront Desk team
. This role focuses onsales conversion, upselling, and customer experience
, supported by strongLearning & Development (L&D)
methodologies.The ideal candidate is an experienced
L&D trainer
who can independently create lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and coaching frameworks -- not someone who only delivers content.Key Responsibilities:
Training Design & Development
Conduct
Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
for front desk and customer-facing roles Designlesson plans, training curricula, and learning journeys
for sales and customer service Develop professionaltraining materials
: presentations, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, role-play scenarios, sales scripts, and assessments Createcustomer service standards
and front desk sales playbooksTraining Delivery
Deliver
classroom, on-the-job, and role-play-based training
for front desk staff Train teams onsales techniques, objection handling, upselling, cross-selling, and closing
Coach oncustomer service excellence, communication skills, and complaint handling
Ensure training is practical, engaging, and measurableCoaching, Evaluation & Continuous Improvement
Conduct
post-training evaluations
, assessments, and skill observations Provide1:1 and group coaching
to reinforce learning Track training effectiveness through KPIs such asconversion rates, average ticket value, and customer satisfaction
Continuously improve training content based on performance data and feedbackRequired Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Human Resources, Business, Training & Development, or related field
3-6 years
of experience as aSales Trainer / L&D Trainer / Customer Service Trainer
Proven experience trainingfront desk, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or customer-facing sales teams
Strong background ininstructional design and adult learning principles
Experience creating structured lesson plans and training materials from scratchJob Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to AED15,000.00 per month
