Your role will be crucial in enhancing the skills, product knowledge, and performance of our sales force to help meet and exceed company targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver
training programs
for new and existing sales team members focused on sales skills, product knowledge, customer handling, and CRM usage.
Evaluate individual and team performance through assessments, role-plays, and real-time observations.
Identify training needs through
performance analysis
, sales reports, and discussions with sales leadership.
Create engaging training content including
manuals, presentations, modules, and product comparison charts
.
Conduct
regular refresher courses
, sales bootcamps, and coaching sessions.
Train the team on
new vehicle launches
, features, technologies, and competitive positioning.
Collaborate with management to align training with business objectives and marketing strategies.
Provide
post-training support
, including field coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
Track training effectiveness using
KPIs
such as sales conversion, lead management, and customer feedback.
Maintain records of attendance, progress, and certification.
