Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deliver training programs for new hires and existing sales team members (e.g., onboarding, product knowledge, sales techniques, CRM tools).
Conduct regular training needs assessments through observation, performance data, and feedback.
Monitor sales performance metrics to identify skill gaps and create targeted learning interventions.
Collaborate with sales managers and product teams to ensure training aligns with business goals and current offerings.
Organize role-playing sessions, simulations, and interactive workshops to enhance learning retention.
Provide one-on-one coaching and support to underperforming team members.
Maintain and update training materials to reflect changes in products, markets, or sales strategies.
Evaluate training effectiveness and make continuous improvements using feedback and data.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and training, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and digital training tools.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive training decisions.
Certified Sales Trainer or related credentials (optional but preferred).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Captivate).
Experience in soft skills training and behavioral coaching.
Multilingual abilities (if applicable to your region).
