Support team members in overcoming obstacles.
Mentor and coach team members to enhance productivity.
Ensure team members adhere to company policies and industry regulations.
Meeting potential customers to inform them about the Forex Trading Platform Products /Services offered.
Set clear, measurable team targets in line with organizational objectives
Also responsible for onboarding new clients & achieving the Sales target of Initial Deposits on monthly basis.
Provide direction, support, and motivation to team members.
