What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and monitor a sales team to meet or exceed monthly mortgage product targets
• Ensure accurate, error-free application processing and regular follow-up on deferrals and discrepancies
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with internal departments, branches, and customers
• Conduct weekly and monthly MIS reporting, including sales performance, error rates, and team progress
• Coordinate promotional activities, showroom presence, roadshows, and special presentations
• Provide market feedback for product development and recommend process improvements
• Identify and act on cross-selling opportunities across FAB's retail and corporate services
• Manage sales training, motivation, and performance evaluation for assigned team members
• Act as backup for Sales Manager - DSU Team in their absence, taking leadership of initiatives and client presentations
• Ensure strong compliance with FAB's operational and documentation standards

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
• 3-5 years' experience in mortgage product sales and team management within banking
• Strong customer service orientation and competitive sales mindset
• Proven leadership and negotiation skills in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
• Excellent communication, documentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Familiarity with UAE banking compliance, market conditions, and product offerings
• Good organizational and computer literacy skills
• Culturally aware with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
