Asset Homez International Properties is currently seeking an exceptional Sales Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the Dubai Real Estate industry. Basic salary AED 8,000 - 10,000 per month + team commission upto 12% Location- Business Bay, Dubai Company- Asset Homez :
- Prospecting potential clients, analyzing market trends, and intermediate negotiation processes ensure a fair and honest deal.
- Planning monthly sales targets and executing them in the given time frame.
- Handling Sales activities with a focus on achieving predefined sales targets for the team.
- Create new business prospects across a range of geographies using prospecting and research to generate leads and hit the sales target.
- Presentation of our projects to customers. Managing activities related to contract negotiation and completion.
- Effectively managing client enquiries, concerns, and objections.
- Be knowledgeable of the market and all new projects.
- Manage a portfolio of listings.
- Manage a portfolio of clients, with detailed information on their requirements.
- Be a market specialist so you can advise and guide your clients.
- At least 4-5 years of experience..
- Possesses excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills especially email communication.
- Well-presented and a good work ethics.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge in MS Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
