The role

As a Sales Team Leader (Dubai) you will be the main driving source of expanding our Business in Dubai. You should have hands-on experience in business Sales, strong route to FX Trading market knowledge and skills, experience in managing team and full P&L responsibility.

Responsibilities
  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Hiring employees.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.
  • Lead the Whole team to reach the targeted revenue.
  • Achieve the performance targets set by the company.
  • Assist in training sales personnel develop their sales skills.
  • Supervise sales to complete monthly performance appraisal.
  • Developing goals for the team and business growth and ensuring they are met
