Key Responsibilities:
Drive personal loan sales and achieve team targets.
Hire, train, and manage a team of
8-10 Sales Officers
.
Motivate and mentor team members to deliver exceptional results.
Develop strategies to maximize sales performance and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of UAE banking experience
in personal loan sales.
Proven leadership ability with experience in team management.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.
Preferred:
Bilingual (English + Any other like Hindi, Malayalam, Urdu, Arabic etc).
