Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated
Sales Team Leader
to join our Auto Spare Parts showroom in Sajja, Sharjah.The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the
auto spare parts industry
and be ready to contribute to the company's growth.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the showroom. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Work closely with the management team to meet business goals. Handle all tasks as part of the team and support overall company objectives.
Working Hours:
10 hours per day
Morning: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM Break: 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM Evening: 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM6 days working (Friday off)
Requirements:
Minimum
High School / 12th grade education
Strong knowledge ofauto spare parts
Ability to manage a sales team effectively Good communication skillsLanguages:
English and Arabic (preferred)Additional Information:

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
