Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of telesales executives.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Monitor daily calls, productivity, and quality.
Train the team on pitches, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
Review and improve telesales scripts and processes.
Handle escalations and provide timely resolutions.
Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and fintech regulations.
Coordinate with marketing and operations to manage lead flow.
Requirements
Minimum
3-
4 years of telesales experience in the Fintech industry
(mandatory).
Proven team leadership experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Experience with financial products (loans, trading platforms, payments, etc.).
Ability to analyze performance metrics and improve team output.
Proficiency in CRM tools and basic MS Office.
