Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Sales Team Lead

to manage, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of real estate sales agents. You will be responsible for driving revenue, developing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional client service while building a strong team culture. The ideal candidate has solid experience in Dubai's real estate market, strong leadership skills, and a passion for real estate.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets Monitor and evaluate team performance through KPIs and regular reporting Conduct training, coaching, and development programs for agents Handle key client negotiations and high-value property transactions when required Develop and implement sales strategies to boost lead conversion and closing rates Coordinate with marketing and operations for lead generation and promotional campaigns Ensure RERA compliance and adherence to company sales policies and processes Conduct regular team meetings, sales briefings, and performance reviews Recruit and onboard new sales agents as needed

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred) Minimum

4-6 years

of real estate sales experience in Dubai, with

2+ years

in a leadership role Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle RERA certification (preferred) Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate market and off-plan property sector Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
