Key responsibilities
Prepare, review, and manage all sales documentation (contracts, disclosures, addendums, etc.)
Maintain and update CRM system (follow-ups, pipeline status, client data, commission tracking)
Provide full transaction coordination support - from offer acceptance to closing
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during pre- and post-sales phases (scheduling, updates, queries)
Prepare regular sales reports, performance dashboards, and data analytics for management
Coordinate seamlessly with internal teams (legal, finance, marketing, title/escrow, admin)
Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and internal processes
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and client satisfaction
