7Seas Matrix Logistics is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist (Freight) to join their expanding logistics team. This role involves coordinating sales activities, preparing quotations, assisting in client communication, and supporting business growth across key international trade routes.
Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate communication and sales operations between clients, agents, and internal teams.
• Prepare accurate freight quotations and assist the sales team with pricing strategies.
• Conduct market research and assist with lead generation to identify potential business opportunities.
• Support client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
• Develop strong industry relationships and contribute to trade lane growth strategies.
• Manage documentation, quotations, and correspondence with precision and professionalism.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
• In-depth knowledge of trade lanes and supply chain processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and networking skills.
• Female candidates are preferred, though the position is open to all qualified applicants.
• Ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Must hold a valid UAE driving license.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
