Job Description

Premium Middle East is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide direct administrative, technical, and operational support to the sales team in the oilfield supply sector. This role is responsible for managing quotations, processing orders, coordinating with supply chain, and ensuring seamless customer service for clients purchasing pipes, flanges, fittings, valves, and related industrial products. The position reports to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and process price quotations, proposals, and tender documents for the sales team based on customer specifications and current inventory/pricing. Coordinate order entry, order acknowledgments, and order tracking from confirmation through to delivery, liaising with logistics and procurement teams. Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with client interactions, opportunities, and order history. Serve as a key liaison between the sales team, customers, and internal departments (procurement, warehouse, logistics) to resolve inquiries and ensure timely order fulfillment. Assist in managing customer accounts by responding to routine requests for product information, stock availability, delivery schedules, and documentation (certificates, MSDS). Process sales-related documentation, including contracts, proforma invoices, and shipping documents. Support sales representatives with market research, customer data analysis, and preparation of sales reports. Help maintain the accuracy of the product database, including specifications, pricing, and lead times for pipes, flanges, valves, and fittings.

Requirements:



Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales support, inside sales, or customer service role within the oil & gas, industrial supply, piping, or manufacturing sector. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel and Word) and experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) and ERP systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage. Basic understanding of technical specifications for industrial piping products (e.g., ASTM standards, pressure ratings, material grades) is preferred. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
