Sales Support
Job Description
: Provide comprehensive support to the sales team and direct customers with a high level of efficiency to deliver results. Collaborate with the field sales force on all sales and marketing activities with the aim of achieving the set revenue target.
Should support the sales team in preparing quotations, reports, and submittals.
Should follow up via telephone with customers on quotes and report details to the sales team.
Should follow up with the production department on jobs and update the status to customers or the sales team.
Must have excellent computer skills and be fluent in English.
Must be competent in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of ERP and design software is a bonus.
Educational Qualifications : Diploma or equivalent.
Experience : At least 2 years experience at a similar position.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
