  • JOB PURPOSE
The role of a Sales Support staff is to provide support to Customer facing sales team in creating quotations, making invoices, arranging deliveries, updating statement of accounts, looking into customer complaints providing full support to enable the sales team in focusing on business development. JOB DESCRIPTION Customer service: Responsible for providing customer service support to clients, including responding to inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
  • Sales administration: Sales support is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, including managing customer orders, preparing sales reports, and maintaining sales databases.
  • Encoding and expedite sales invoice through Tally system and ERP System such as sales orders and sales returns.
  • Updating statement of accounts of each customer on a timely manner.
  • Sending Company catalogues to customers and update them with the new products.
  • Product knowledge: Have thorough understanding of the company\'s products and services in order to answer customer inquiries and provide support to the sales team.
  • Coordination with other departments: Coordinate with other departments within the company, such as accounts, logistics, and marketing to ensure that customer orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
  • Sales support materials: Responsible for creating and managing sales support materials, such as brochures, presentations, and product catalogues.
  • Data analysis: Responsible for analysing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and to provide insights to the sales team.
  • Invoice administration: Enter data of sales invoices and credit notes into ERP and Tally. Reviewing the tax invoices matching with invoices in ERP. Preparing and making Manual invoicing and packing list and sending out to customers.
  • Making quarterly tax invoices data, purchase and VAT return data in excel file.
  • Provides daily sales data to the Manager.
  • Weekly reviewing statements and tallying with ERP data
  • Send statement to the salesman and push payment collection, give report to manager payment collection report weekly.
  • Monitor customer statements and accordingly decide if need to hold some deliveries.
  • Make complaint reports of all the returned items monthly.
  • Following up on orders of distributors and informing them about stocks and availability.
  • Sending items slow- moving and non-moving items to all salespersons.
  • Stocks administration: Preparing Stocklist, checking stocks with daily entries.
  • Administering invoices and packing list for container arrival. Collecting invoices from all showrooms.
QUALIFICATIONS Graduation with a certificate in Sales & Marketing EXPERIENCE 2-3 years of experience in sales administration SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
  • Excellent communication, organising and analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of Company\xe2\x80\x99s products
  • Good coordination skills
  • Patience, interpersonal relationship, ability to manage stress
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
  • Sales Administation or similar: 2 years (Preferred)
