Customer Service Representative (Arabic Speaker)

Responsibilities:
Handle B2B customer inquiries from sales representatives and walk-in clients via phone, email, and WhatsApp
Process orders and coordinate with the sales team.
Assist customers with product details and availability.
Follow up on deliveries and resolve any customer issues.
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Prepare quotations, book sales orders, and ensure inventory availability.
Follow up on payments as per company policy.
Register new customers and coordinate contract creation for profile setup.
Track deliveries and address customer issues promptly.
