As a Sales Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our sales team operates smoothly and efficiently. You'll serve as the backbone of the sales process, helping to manage customer accounts, prepare proposals, coordinate logistics, and maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Assist the sales team in daily administrative tasks and order processing Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients Maintain and update customer databases and records in CRM systems Coordinate with logistics and operations to ensure timely delivery and service Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues professionally Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction Generate sales reports and performance summaries as needed

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in sales support, customer service, or administration (preferably in gas/oi/petrochemical/HVAC, utilities, or industrial sectors) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Team player with a proactive and positive attitude
