We are seeking an energetic and organized Sales Support professional to join our team. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating with customers, preparing sales reports, and ensuring the efficiency of order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare quotations, invoices, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate customer orders, inventory, inquiries, and service support.
Maintain CRM, update sales records, and arrange deliveries.
Support sales meetings and client follow-ups.
Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, finance, etc.).
Manage sales documentation and payment follow-ups.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative roles.
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, Tally, and CRM software.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
