We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to join our team as a
CRM & Client Support Executive
. The ideal candidate will manage our CRM system, allocate leads to the sales team, respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, and assist managers and sales personnel as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company's CRM system efficiently.
Allocate leads and clients to the sales team based on territory, workload, or expertise.
Respond to client inquiries via email, chat, and calls in a professional and friendly manner.
Assist managers and sales personnel with administrative tasks, reporting, and client follow-ups.
Support the team in organizing meetings, preparing presentations, and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Prior experience in CRM management and sales support
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Reporting To:
Sales Manager / Operations Manager
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
