Sales Support Assistant/Driver

This role will provide operational support to our Front Office Sales team in Dubai. Focused on managing client documentation, you will visit client premises to perform site visits, so must be well-presented, service-orientated with good knowledge of and experience driving in Dubai.

About you:

A professional individual with a strong background in customer service

Strong verbal communication skills in English (professional level).

Fluency in Arabic, Hindi or Malayalam is advantageous

Experience in a Front of House role within Hospitality (for instance as a concierge or valet driver)

Full, clean Dubai driving licence and experience driving in Dubai

Responsibilities:

Managing workload around tight time constraints

Confidence liaising with multiple internal departments and external clients

Ability to deal directly with clients as an ambassador for the Ebury brand in terms of your service approach and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask/prioritise - working around daily deadlines
