?Charterhouse is working exclusively with a well-established multinational manufacturer, which is looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team based in Dubai.
About the Role
The Sales & Supply Chain Coordinator will support regional sales and supply chain operations across the GCC and Levant. Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role involves coordinating quotations, forecasting, reporting, and ensuring accurate order processing and documentation. The Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and external partners to streamline logistics, manage customs documentation, and coordinate shipment, as well as supporting ERP and CRM systems.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in internal sales and supply chain coordination, preferably in a technical or engineering environment. A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering is required. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and CRM platforms is essential, along with strong analytical skills, solid product knowledge, and excellent English communication skills. A proactive, detail-oriented and team player will be key to succeeding in this role.
