The Role:
To allow an internally promoted salesman or an employee from similar lower positions to perform the supervisor role in his designated area under close supervision and guidance of a manager or assigned mentor to ensure smooth transition to his supervisory management role with clear focus on Company's growth objectives.
Candidate must meet the following criteria to be shortlisted:

• Bachelor Degree.
• 2 years' experience in van sales.
• Good proficiency in English & Arabic.
• Driving license
• Competencies such as; Supervisory skills; Numerical & analytical; Communication & interpersonal skills; Team building & leading; Customer focus/ relation.
