Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and out bound cold calls and emails. Understand customer needs and requirements. Route qualified opportunities to respective sales executives for further development and closure. Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deal. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas. Must maintain and expand database by analyzing the key players. Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience in Inbound sales in real estate Excellent communication and convincing skills Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day Strong listening and presentation skills Experience working with CRM tools.
