Job Description
This position entails overseeing a designated sales team, implementing strategic sales plans, and evaluating team performance to achieve specified targets. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for fostering a positive and collaborative work environment to encourage productivity and teamwork.
Responsibilities
Supervise the daily operations of the sales team to ensure efficient execution of sales activities. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance their performance and customer engagement skills. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights to improve strategies and outcomes. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales promotions and product launches with market trends. Prepare and present sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance against targets and proposed improvements.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
