Job Description
Looking for Sales Supervisor HORECA 1. Minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in selling fast-moving consumer goods in the HORECA segment.
2. Should have lead and managed a Team
3. Should be able to set monthly priorities along with the team on Sales & Collections.
4. Should ensure that targets for Sales & Collections are met.
5. Should be able to lead the team and tackle local challenges and utilize opportunities.
6 Should be able to conduct field training contacts with direct reports to check their approach and selling skills.
7. Establish the team spirit by leading by example on Principles, Discipline, and Motivation.
8. Train, Motivate, Supervise and lead the team to enable everyone to deliver business objectives.
9. Should be proactive in Indenting and forecasting process.
10. Should be one amongst everyone and treat everyone as one Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Education:
