Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Supervisor based in Dubai. The Retail Sales Supervisor will oversee daily store operations, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, manage and train sales staff, and maintain visual merchandising standards. The role involves monitoring sales performance, resolving customer concerns, and implementing strategies to meet sales targets and improve the shopping experience.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to manage teams and oversee day-to-day retail operations Proficient in Retail Sales with the ability to analyze trends and achieve sales targets Exceptional Communication, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction skills Experience with store merchandising, stock management, and employee training Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail, or related field is preferred Previous experience in a fashion retail environment is an advantage Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced retail setting
