Core Responsibilities
Sales Control & Closure (Primary)
Own and control the entire sales pipeline.
Enforce daily follow-ups, lead response times, and closure discipline.
Reassign stagnant or mishandled leads.
Intervene in stuck negotiations and rescue delayed closures.
Monitor call activity, WhatsApp communication, and quotation aging.
Enforce pricing rules, CRM updates, and reporting discipline.
Lead & Walk-in Management
Receive, log, assign, and track all inbound leads, calls, walk-ins, and online enquiries.
Ensure no lead is lost or delayed.
Coordination & Admin (Secondary)
Prepare and manage quotations and follow-ups.
Maintain Excel/CRM trackers and daily reports.
Coordinate basic delivery follow-ups and internal communication.
Support documentation and client communication.
Team Coaching & Discipline
Coach junior sales staff, monitor behavior, and recommend performance actions.
Maintain performance dashboards and KPI compliance.
Reporting
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline and revenue reports to management.
Requirements
2+ years experience in sales supervision, team leadership, or senior sales roles.
Strong leadership, control, negotiation, and execution skills.
Comfortable handling CRM, Excel, WhatsApp-based sales operations.
Confident personality able to enforce accountability.
