Key Responsibilities:-

Supervise and manage van sales operations across Dubai, focusing on grocery, self-service, and B-class markets. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective route planning and team performance management. Identify new sales opportunities and expand market coverage in assigned territories. Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key trade partners. Ensure optimal product visibility, display, and stock rotation across outlets. Lead, train, and motivate sales teams to achieve high performance and customer service standards. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries and product availability. Gather market intelligence on competitor pricing, promotions, and market trend Valid UAE Driving license is Mandatory.
