is a leading luxury children's fashion retailer in the UAE, offering premium designer brands and exceptional customer experiences across our stores and online platforms. We are looking for a dedicated and experiencedStore Supervisor
to join our retail team and ensure smooth daily operations in line with our brand standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support the daily operations of the store to achieve sales and service targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure proper visual merchandising and stock presentation at all times. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with the warehouse, and support stock replenishment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance tracking. Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards. Prepare and submit daily sales and operational reports to management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience
in a supervisory role within retail (fashion retail experience preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent customer service and sales-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems. Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From AED1.00 per month
