Position Overview:
We are looking for a
Sales Supervisor
to oversee and lead our sales team, ensure smooth daily operations, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, experienced in retail sales (preferably in the perfume, beauty, or luxury sectors), and fluent in both
Arabic and English
.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
Manage store operations, including merchandising, stock control, and reporting.
Train, coach, and evaluate sales staff performance.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Implement marketing and promotional activities within the store.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide insights to management.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum
3-5 years of sales experience
, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
Experience in perfumes, cosmetics, or luxury retail is a plus.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in
Arabic and English
(spoken and written) is a must.
Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems.
